Duties
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up
- Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Manage customer inquiries efficiently via phone, email, or in person
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall service quality
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively position offerings
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a goal-oriented environment
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn new skills
