Job Title: Security Technician
Job Description
A rapidly growing security solutions provider is seeking a highly skilled Security Technician with extensive experience in both installation and advanced programming of electronic security systems. This role is ideal for a seasoned technician capable of independently installing, configuring, and troubleshooting systems from leading manufacturers such as Bosch, Resideo, Honeywell, and DMP. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling complex projects involving access control, intrusion detection, and surveillance system integration.
Responsibilities

Install and service security systems such as burglar alarms, CCTV, access control systems, DVRs, and other integrated security equipment.

Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation based on the weekly schedule shared with other team members.

Travel to various sites across Indianapolis and the surrounding areas using a company vehicle.

Potentially undertake out-of-state assignments offering additional hours and pay.

Configure and troubleshoot networked security devices and NVR/DVR systems.

Perform system upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
Essential Skills-
3+ years of installation experience in security systems.

Experience with access controls, CCTV, and burglar alarms.

Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications-

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
