Outside Sales - Shuttle & Spotting
As a Spotting & Shuttle Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their transportation needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and prospects in the trucking industry.

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company objectives and client expectations.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Pricing, Operations, Marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions using CRM software.

Education and Experience:

3+ years in Transportation.

Dedicated/Shuttle/Spotting/Full Truckload Dry Van experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or a related field preferred.

Sales Experience in Dedicated, Spotting, Shuttling preferred
