Caffeine Cauldron is opening at Tucson Premium Outlets, and we're building our founding barista team from the ground up. This is your chance to be part of something new — a themed café where every drink, every interaction, and every shift adds a little magic to someone's day.

What You'll Do
Craft Great Drinks Pull espresso, steam milk, and build our full menu of signature drinks to spec. Keep quality consistent on drink #1 and drink #301. Learn our themed menu inside and out so you can guide guests to their new favorite.
Take Care of Guests Greet every guest with energy and warmth. Take orders accurately, move the line efficiently, and make people feel like regulars from day one. Handle questions, special requests, and the occasional curveball with a smile.
Keep the Café Running Open, close, restock, and reset the bar throughout your shift. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Keep the dining area, restrooms, and back-of-house clean and presentable. Follow all health department and food safety standards.
Be a Team Player Support your shift partners during rushes. Communicate clearly. Jump on dishes, trash, or stocking without being asked. The best baristas make everyone around them better.
Bring the Brand to Life Embrace the Caffeine Cauldron WITCH/WIZARD theme and atmosphere. Promote loyalty signups, seasonal drinks, and upsells naturally. Help create the kind of vibe guests want to come back to.
What We're Looking For
- Prior barista or café experience preferred, but not required — we'll train the right person
- Genuine love for coffee, customer service, and working with a team
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and a positive attitude under pressure
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Pima County Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain one before first shift)
Uniform Requirement
This role requires adherence to the Caffeine Cauldron uniform standard at all times while on shift. Branded apparel and uniform details will be provided and reviewed during onboarding. A clean, professional, on-brand appearance is essential — you're part of the experience our guests came for.
Schedule
- Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week, including weekends and peak shifts
- Part-Time: 8–29 hours per week
- Open availability strongly preferred for both roles
