We're partnering with a well-established, growing beverage manufacturer to recruit an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for one of their flagship production facilities. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong quality cultures, leading teams, and driving continuous improvement across food safety and quality systems - a high-visibility role reporting directly to Plant Leadership.
Key responsibilities & Requirements
- Lead all site Quality Assurance and Sanitation functions
- Manage customer, SQF, FDA, USDA and third-party audits
- Own HACCP, GMP, Food Safety and Quality Management Systems
- Lead investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement across quality and manufacturing operations
- Partner closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Supply Chain leadership
- Develop and mentor a high-performing QA team while driving accountability and performance
- 5+ years of Quality leadership experience within food or beverage manufacturing
- Previous management experience leading QA teams
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMP and PCQI requirements
- Experience leading customer, regulatory and third-party audits
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
