We are seeking a passionate Retail Operations Coordinator to join our Retail HQ team located in Los Angeles to improve our Retail practices and oversee day-to-day retail processes. In this role you support the Retail Manager, Retail Director and Store Managers.
Applicants must be highly motivated individuals ready to maintain Los Angeles Apparel’s standards while prioritizing a retail and customer focused experience. Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the retail department
Highlights:

To assist in the coordination of day-to-day retail operations and ensure smooth workflow across HQ and Retail locations

Oversee the implementation of operational strategies and procedures to ensure consistency across stores.

Work with cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency between retail and all other departments.
Responsibilities:
-
Supply ordering point of contact for all stores
-
Oversee the delivery and implementation of required supplies
-
Assist with providing policies and photo materials for retail manuals
-
Coordinate graphics printing, distribution, and implementation at both stores

Manage promo codes and the BOGO retail program
-
Audit POS transactions, including discounts, employee purchases, exchanges, and returns

Audit and oversee store cash handling, including petty cash, bank deposits, and cash transactions
-
Assist with implementing new retail packaging needs

Assist with new hires, onboarding, and training
-
Oversee and audit the proper onboarding of new employees at all store locations
-
Assist on-site with the opening of new stores

Adaptable to a fast paced Industrial environment

FT Availability and willingness to work overtime during important projects such as store openings

Available to work weekends and high volume retail holiday periods

Ability to travel

Must have flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
