- Perform data entry tasks with precision, updating databases and maintaining records as needed.
- Assist in calendar management, scheduling tours, and coordinating meetings for team members.
- Provide customer support through effective communication, addressing tenant needs promptly and courteously.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
- Collaborate with other corporate office to streamline office processes and improve occupancy.
Requirements
- Previous office experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
