Nat Rose Braid Bar is looking for talented, reliable, and professional Braiders/Hair Stylists to join our growing team!
We specialize in quality braiding services in a clean, welcoming, and professional salon environment. We are looking for stylists who take pride in their work, provide excellent customer service, and can create beautiful, consistent results for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional braiding and hair styling services
- Consult with clients to understand their desired style
- Complete services efficiently while maintaining quality
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- Properly care for salon equipment and supplies
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Follow salon policies, procedures, and service standards
- Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled appointments
- Work well independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Previous professional braiding experience required
- Strong braiding skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform services in a timely manner
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, responsible, and professional
- Comfortable working with clients of different ages and hair types
- Must be able to maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Willingness to follow salon sanitation and operating procedures
- Cosmetology/barber license preferred where applicable, but braiding experience is the priority

Services
Our salon offers a variety of protective styling and braiding services. Experience with styles such as feed-in cornrows, knotless braids, box braids, tribal/Fulani styles, men's braids, children's styles, and other protective styles is a plus.
Compensation
Commission-based | Paid weekly
Commission structure will be discussed during the interview and is based on experience and position.
