We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various maintenance tasks and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment

Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

Complete residential painting projects as needed

Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks with external contractors

Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues

Welding tasks as required

Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
Qualifications

Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems

Experience in residential painting is a plus

Strong customer service skills

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

Leadership skills to supervise maintenance tasks effectively
