WHO WE ARE
The Collective is a residential and multifamily real estate team operating under Keller Williams ONEChicago, serving clients across the Chicago metro area, the southeast suburbs, and NW Indiana. We are built on the belief that every client deserves advisor-level service, not just transactional support.
The Collective is a Chicago Association of REALTORS 2025 Top Producing team and consistently ranks in the top 20% at KW ONEChicago. Our Managing Partners have built a team culture defined by data, discipline, and genuine care for the communities we serve. We do not work by accident. We work by design, and everyone on this team is part of that design.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Client Advisor is the face of The Collective at the most tactile point in the buyer experience: the home itself. This is not a background role. It requires someone who draws energy from being with people, reads a room quickly, and can hold a client’s hand through the emotional complexity of choosing a home.
This person is sociable by nature, not by performance. They are curious about homes, neighborhoods, and people. They are optimistic without being naive, and they understand that showing well is a skill, not just a task. They see this role as a genuine opportunity to grow, not a placeholder while they wait for something else.
The flow works like this: a Managing Partner completes a needs analysis with a buyer client, then hands off the criteria to the Client Advisor. The Client Advisor takes it from there, identifying homes, scheduling showings, and accompanying clients through the process. They refine the search in real time based on what they hear and observe. When the client is ready to move toward an offer, they pass the baton back to the Managing Partner.
A successful Client Advisor will work with a portfolio of buyer clients, supported by the team’s systems, pipeline, and tools.

WHERE THIS CAN GO
This role is designed to be a launching pad, not a landing spot. Our Managing Partners invest in the people on this team, and that includes sharing what they know about building a book of business the right way.
This is a team that takes craft seriously. If you want to learn how to do this work at a high level, this is the right place to start.
