Behind the scenes, it takes a strong, organized kitchen and a hands-on leader to keep things running at a high level. That's where you come in.
Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience as a BOH or Kitchen Manager (required)

ServSafe Manager Certification (required)

Strong experience as a line cook, grill cook, and expo

Comfortable working cross-functionally with front of house teams

High standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety

A hands-on leader who leads by example and holds the team accountable

Ability to perform and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with pride in quality and consistency

What You'll Do:

Lead day-to-day back of house operations with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and efficiency

Ensure all food is prepped, cooked, and plated to our standards every time

Maintain strict health, safety, and sanitation compliance—always inspection-ready

Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls

Build, train, and coach a reliable, high-performing BOH team

Jump in on the line, grill, or expo during peak hours

Work closely with front of house to keep service smooth, fast, and accurate

Establish prep systems that keep the kitchen ahead of demand

Handle scheduling, shift coverage, and overall kitchen flow
