We're looking for a passionate, experienced Preschool Director who believes every child deserves an exceptional early learning experience. As our Preschool Director, you'll oversee the daily operations of the school while ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-quality environment where children, families, and staff can thrive.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a team of early childhood professionals
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations
- Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees
- Maintain staffing ratios and daily operations
- Conduct classroom observations and provide coaching
- Manage enrollment, family tours, and community outreach
- Promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture
- Oversee health, safety, and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading an early childhood education center
- Knowledge of state licensing regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Passion for providing high-quality early childhood education
Qualifications
- Must meet state qualifications for Preschool Director
- CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of management or leadership experience
- Previous preschool or childcare experience required
- Bilingual speaker preferred (not mandatory)
