Don't Just Run Jobs. Lead Projects That Matter.
If you take ownership of your work, treat every project like it matters, and take pride in building teams that deliver exceptional results, we would like to meet you.
RCD Electric is hiring multiple Commercial Electrical Foremen to lead field teams on commercial construction projects across the region. We are looking for dependable leaders who take pride in their work, care about the people they lead, and want to be part of a company built on safety, teamwork, trust, and long-term opportunities.
At RCD Electric, foremen are more than job site managers. They are trusted leaders who influence project success, mentor electricians, solve problems, and help create the kind of jobsite culture people want to be part of. If you are looking for a company that values your experience, supports your success, and treats team members like people, not just positions—this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.
We understand that people do their best work when they feel respected, supported, and part of a team. Our goal is to provide steady work, clear expectations, strong communication, and a workplace where field leaders can grow while helping others grow with them.
