Location: Charleston, WV, 25306
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $13.00–$17.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Position Type: Temporary to Permanent
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Respond to and send emails in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain client files and records
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Assist with daily office tasks and provide support to office staff as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Complete additional office duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment
- Professional demeanor and dependable attendance
- Business casual dress code required
- Must be able to pass standard pre-employment screening
