The RZ Restaurant group is home to the downtown Norfolk restaurants: Leone's, 219 Bistro, Norfolk Seafood Co., and Byrd & Baldwin Bros.
We are currently seeking experienced servers for dinner shifts only. MUST have previous serving experience, familiar with alcohol service, be available to work any day of the week and be available to report to work at 3pm.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or issues
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and timely delivery
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Sanitize tables, chairs, menus, and other high-touch surfaces regularly
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
