Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging course content that aligns with curriculum goals and academic standards.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for all students.
- Provide academic advising and support to students, helping them navigate their educational journey.
- Mentor and observe the clinic floor.
Qualifications
- State of WI Cosmetology or Babrer, Esthiology license.
- Five or more years experience preferred and a strong background in industry skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Love for the beauty industry.
