Secure Arc Enterprises, LLC is seeking a professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officer to provide security services for a construction project in the Park Heights area of Baltimore. The officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for construction personnel while protecting company property, equipment, and materials.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor the assigned construction site.
- Maintain a visible security presence.
- Safeguard construction equipment, materials, and property.
- Assist in ensuring the safety of site personnel and visitors.
- Observe and report suspicious activity, incidents, or hazards.
- Complete daily activity reports and incident reports.
- Communicate effectively with site management and Secure Arc supervisors.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and security concerns.
Requirements:
- Active Maryland Security Guard Certification.
- Reliable personal vehicle (required).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Previous construction site security experience preferred but not required.
