Position: Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Double Weekend Shift

What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents according to their individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor residents' health and report changes to the nursing team.

Assist with daily living activities, including mobility, hygiene, and dietary needs.

Foster meaningful relationships with residents to enhance their well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications

Current Washington Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach

Dependable and efficient with excellent teamwork

Previous long-term care or rehab experience a plus

Must be able to pass a background check and meet all state requirements
