Location:

Available Shift:
- 20 hours a week
- Flexible position
- Weekday care
- Weekend care
Pay Rate:
- $17.98/Hour
Tasks You Will Be Doing With The Child:
- Providing 1:1 supervision
- Mentor personal care tasks ( Applying deodorant, showering, etc.)
- Provide Transportation to and from outings
- Offer emotional support when needed
- Activities
- Engaging in de-escalation tactics as needed
Family Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s Licenses and reliable vehicle.
- High schoolers are welcome to apply
- Able to pass a Wisconsin background check
- Experience working with adults or children with complex needs ( Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, Autism, ADHD, ODD, Etc. )
- Proven dependability
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching
- Committed to providing care for children with special needs.
- Someone who can understand de-escalation
- Someone active
- Assisting With Safety and Supervision
Pay: From $17.98 per hour
