Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a
Content Licensing Coordinator: Level 2 to join a global medical technology company remotely. This is a 5-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.48/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.
Description:
- Accountable to provide the Content Licensing team with a broad range of support in all aspects of permissions related activities.
- Ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner. Setup new vendors in Oracle as needed.
- Follow up on all questions/issues related to invoice payments.
- Setup vendor purchase requisitions, reconcile as needed.
- Participate in data quality activities within GPS.
- Manage all onboarding activities for external vendors.
- Act as an additional resource to the Content Licensing team, working on special projects as needed.
Must Have for this role:
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years experience
- Experience in Excel & Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to coordinate & communicate effectively with team members/ departments & peers
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strategic or continuous improvement-minded
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Interview process:
- 2 interviews total (1: 30-minute interview & 1: 45 minute panel interview)
Additional Details:
- 100% Remote with possibility of travel 1-2 times a year
- Onshore candidates only
- Hours work EST or CST time zone core hours
