We are a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency presently seeking Per Diem Occupational Therapists.
We have been serving patients for over thirty years and our offices are in Miami-Dade County. Knowledge of Medicare requirements and Home Health experience desirable.
- Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OT) for Miami Beach & North Miami Beach, Aventura, Opalocka, Miami Springs, Hialeah & Doral. This position is responsible for the start of care, evaluation, and re-evaluation of Medicare & Medicare Advantage patients. Please submit updated resumes to our email address.
- Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapist License
- Take ownership of obtaining necessary additional information and suggesting revisions in treatment as appropriate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent work ethic in both independent and collaborative settings.
