Not licensed? No problem. This role is designed as a stepping stone into a full Loan Officer position for individuals who prove themselves.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work directly with Loan Officers to manage loan files from application to closing
- Stay in constant communication with clients to collect documents and move files forward
- Review borrower documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Help structure deals and prepare files for submission
- Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and third parties to keep loans moving
- Manage pipeline activity and CRM updates to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Assist with lead follow-up, outbound calls, and client communication
- Ensure all files meet compliance and lending guidelines

- Mortgage or financial services experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure

Compensation & Growth Opportunity
Structure: Hourly Base + Performance Incentives
