Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Ayrsley seeks a Full Time Housekeeping Supervisor to manage and oversee staff efforts, in the Housekeeping and Laundry departments. Our guest are our number one priority so you must be people friendly and get along well with others.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that room attendants have all necessary tools and supplies to perform necessary duties.
2. Supervise a staff that is responsible for guest room cleaning, laundry facilities and public areas are cleaned in accordance with set quality standards.
3. Employee training, coaching and mentoring.
4. Ensure all company processes and programs are properly implemented and consistently followed
5. Must be well organized and have excellent supervision, communication and oversight skills
6. Frequent standing, walking and climbing stairs, bending and squatting is required.
Provide our guests with the best in service, courtesy and care.
7. Provide supervision of Room Attendants, ensuring that guest rooms are cleaned properly and in a timely manner by inspecting guest rooms continuously and thoroughly.
8. Assist with other Housekeeping duties as assigned by the Manager
9. Lead the staff and promote safe work practices at all times
Our ideal candidate will have a HSKP background. This will be a full time position- 40 hours per week with occasional overtime. Must be comfortable working on your feet for 8+ hours per shift. Lifting 25-40 Lbs. required.
