About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Commercial Roofer with hands-on expertise in single-ply membrane installations and roof coating restorations. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of TPO, Modified Bitumen, silicone/acrylic elastomeric coatings, and general flat roof repair and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain flat and low-slope commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen).
Perform heat-welding of TPO/PVC seams, detail flashings, pipe boots, and edge metal attachments.
Surface prep, clean, and apply liquid roof coating systems (silicone, acrylic, polyurethane) to manufacturer specifications.
Inspect existing roof structures to identify leaks, membrane punctures, or substrate deterioration.
Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards, including fall protection and proper PPE usage.
Operate job site equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum [3–5] years of commercial flat roofing experience required.
Technical Skills: Proven expertise in TPO heat-welding and elastomeric coating application methods.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Safety Knowledge: OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred; thorough knowledge of fall safety protocols.
Dependability: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
