Overview:
Our outpatient practice in Destin is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time or part-time role treating patients recovering from workers' compensation injuries, military service-related conditions, personal injury, and surgery. This role does not include pediatric, stroke, or spine cases. New graduates and experienced PTs are both welcome to apply.
Position Offers:

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM–11:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs, including reassessments as necessary

Create personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving patient goals

Provide hands-on treatment according to established plans, with a focus on orthopedic and manual therapy techniques

Treat patients recovering from workers' compensation injuries, active military service-related conditions, personal injury, and surgery

Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic, coordinated care

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's/Bachelor's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current, active Physical Therapist license in Florida (or eligibility to obtain)

Comfortable working in orthopedics, with strong manual therapy skills
