Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager based in Freeport, IL. The Product Manager will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of products and services offered by the company. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, managing product lifecycles, defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful launch and performance of products in the market. The Product Manager will play a critical role in driving the company's product strategy and achieving business goals while maintaining a customer-centric focus. The Production Manager coordinates crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules while maintaining accurate documentation through company CRM systems and digital tools.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Research and Data Analysis for driving product decisions
- Experience in Team Collaboration and Project Management, including working with cross-functional teams
- Effective Communication and Problem-Solving skills
- Strategic Thinking and Decision-Making abilities
- Knowledge or experience in the construction or exterior remodeling industry is a requirmement
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software for product management and market analysis
- Preferred minimum 5 years experience holding the title of Production Manager
- Experience using CRM systems and construction software
Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $61,440.00 per year
