As a full-time Marketing & Operations Coordinator, you will be part of a family business with more than 100 years of history. At Termini Brothers, artistry and old-world craftsmanship remain at the heart of what we do. This position supports marketing, customer service, retail operations, e-commerce, and administrative functions to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operations & Administrative Support
· Prepare and support operational and administrative reporting as needed.
· Schedule approved repairs and service appointments with outside vendors and assist with follow-up as directed.
Project & Administrative Support
· Maintain assigned project trackers, files, proofs, pricing, and related documentation.
· Follow up on assigned action items and provide status updates to the Sr. Director of Operations.
· Assist with coordinating approved projects, vendors, and deadlines as directed.
Marketing & Communication
· Provide Canva design support and create or update menus, catering packages, product cards, and digital and printed signage.
· Monitor and respond to Google reviews.
· Create, schedule, and publish routine social media content based on the company’s approved marketing calendar and direction, including photos, graphics, captions, product features, and promotional posts.
· Maintain and activate Toast calendars, including menus, promotions, and holiday ordering.
· Support the activation and maintenance of approved holiday promotions, monthly philanthropy initiatives, and employee contests.
· Support assigned VIP orders, including outreach, customer communication, printing, and organization.
· Complete routine, approved backend updates to retail and shipping websites, including product, promotional, and operational changes.
Shipping & Production Support
· Print and match shipping labels and gift messages as needed.
· Support printing needs for holiday and other high-volume shipping periods.
· Print edible images as needed.
Qualifications & Expectations
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Comfortable using Canva and learning new technology, software, and operational platforms.
· Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and recognize when approval or direction is required.
· Willingness to assist outside normal day-to-day responsibilities during holiday and other high-volume periods.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
