About Us
Mazi Mediterranean and Juntos Mexican Cocina are two locally owned restaurant concepts operating side by side inside Element Eatery.
Mazi serves fresh, customizable Mediterranean bowls and pitas, while Juntos offers bold Mexican-inspired tacos, burritos, quesadillas and signature specialties. Both restaurants are fast-paced, chef-driven concepts built around fresh food, genuine hospitality and efficient service.
We aren’t a traditional restaurant with servers and late-night closing shifts. Our team works in an open, energetic food-hall environment serving a strong weekday lunch crowd along with evening and weekend guests. Element Eatery closes at 9:00 p.m., so our closing shifts end much earlier than they do at most restaurants.

We are currently hiring dependable, hospitality-minded people for both Mazi and Juntos. Opportunities include:

Full-time and part-time schedules are available. We are particularly interested in candidates with consistent evening and weekend availability.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your experience and assigned position, responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming guests and helping them navigate the menu
- Accurately building bowls, pitas, tacos, burritos and other menu items
- Preparing proteins, sauces, toppings and fresh ingredients
- Maintaining clean, organized and fully stocked workstations
- Following recipes, portion standards and food-safety procedures
- Operating the POS and accurately processing orders
- Supporting teammates during busy service periods
- Completing opening, closing and cleaning responsibilities
- Learning both restaurant concepts when appropriate
What We’re Looking For
Restaurant experience is helpful, but it is not required for every position. We are happy to train someone who brings the right attitude and work ethic.

Spanish-English bilingual ability is helpful but not required.

- Starting pay of $12.50 per hour (increase at 30, 60, and 90 days)

Schedule
Mazi and Juntos operate seven days a week inside Element Eatery. Available schedules may include:
- Weekday daytime shifts
- Evening shifts
- Weekend shifts
- Full-time schedules
- Part-time schedules
Priority consideration will be given to candidates with dependable evening and weekend availability.
