Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a hands-on Department Supervisor to lead safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations within our Granulation Department. This day shift role provides frontline leadership, drives production performance, and supports continuous improvement in a fast-paced processing environment.

What You Will Do
- Lead day-to-day Granulation operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and production targets
- Supervise, coach, and develop department leads and frontline teams
- Coordinate resources and workflows to maximize throughput and minimize downtime
- Monitor KPIs, address performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational goals
What You Bring
- Two or more years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or processing
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Lean or continuous improvement experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel; data analytics experience is a plus
Schedule & Benefits
