Seeking window covering sales person to be part of a team in an established, successful, positive and growing window coverings business. Quality leads are provided. Pay is commission plus base pay for managing. Company provides sales cars. Salesperson to travel 90 mile radius to customer's homes to provide an in home estimate. Job requires sales skills, knowledge of window coverings, measuring of windows, assisting customers in selection of colors and styles suited to their needs, budget and decor as well as ordering products from vendors.

Ideal candidate has the following qualities and qualifications:
· Experienced in window coverings, i.e shades, blinds, shutters
· In Home presentation skills/experience
· Excellent communication/presentation skills, with a passion for selling
· A self-starter who has a "closer" mentality
· Professional appearance with a high level of integrity and organizational skills
· Effective referral and network building skills
· Good time management and a results-oriented mentality
· Owns a vehicle
· Basic computer skills
