We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Patient Care Coordinator who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently
- Verify insurance benefits and explain treatment estimates
- Process payments and assist with insurance claims
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with our clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Communicate clearly with referring dental offices and patients
- Help keep the front office running efficiently while creating an exceptional patient experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous dental front office experience
- Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment estimates, and billing preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and a genuine passion for patient care
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
