EventLink Group is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Greeter to join the team supporting the BMW Performance Center in Thermal, CA. This role is part of the Greeter/Administrative Assistant team and serves as an important point of contact for program participants, staff, and management.
Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed job folders for program operations

Assign meeting/classroom designation

Ensure all closing reports are saved and processed

Schedule support staff as required

Produce name badges, certificates, gift bags, etc.

Support as program greeter and registration
-
Assist with program catering details
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
Education:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
-
1 year of administrative assistant experience
Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills

Proficient in Word and Excel

Physical ability to perform required work

Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

High attention to detail

Schedule:

Monday-Sunday (shifts vary, but includes Saturday and Sunday)
