Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
-
Guide customers through the auto repair / maintenance process, advise customers on options and costs, schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work and more.

Greet customers and offer special promotions
-
Follow vehicle status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work

Keep customers informed of any changes that occur

Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer to assure all concerns are addressed

Maintain high CSI scores and provide a completely satisfied customer experience
Qualifications - Service Advisor:
-
Auto Service Advisor experience is preferred

General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
-
A positive attitude, good customer service and communication skills

Thrives in a fast-paced team environment

A good work ethic and computer skills, professional appearance
