As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll play an important role in helping residents live with dignity, comfort, and independence by:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
Providing compassionate, personalized care while building meaningful relationships
Monitoring residents' well-being and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team
Encouraging residents to participate in daily activities and social engagement
Collaborating with nurses and fellow team members to deliver exceptional resident care
Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, memory care, or senior living is preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
