About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in the promotional products and custom apparel industry. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a commission-based environment and enjoys building relationships with businesses looking to promote their brand through high-quality merchandise and decorated garments.
As a Sales Representative, you will work with businesses, organizations, and events to provide customized promotional products, branded apparel, and garment decoration solutions that help elevate their brand.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship building
- Sell promotional products, branded merchandise, and decorated apparel to businesses and organizations
- Consult with clients to understand their branding and promotional needs
- Present product ideas and solutions that align with client goals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage client accounts and follow up on quotes and orders
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required (B2B sales preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment
- Organized and capable of managing multiple client accounts
- Experience in promotional products, printing, apparel decoration, or marketing products is a plus
