Key Responsibilities of a Wireless Sales Representative
- Represent Verizon by introducing customers to wireless products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers in selecting solutions that fit their needs while providing exceptional sales support.
- Complete customer enrollments, account updates, and service activations accurately.
- Build lasting customer relationships through professional communication and outstanding sales service.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing training to strengthen your product knowledge, communication, and sales skills.
- Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to daily team success.
