The Pike Law Firm seeks a full-time Title Closer / Post-Closing Processor to join our dynamic team as a Title Closer / Post Closing Processor and become a vital part of the real estate transaction lifecycle! In this energetic role, you will coordinate and finalize property closings, ensuring all legal and financial documentation is accurately processed and compliant with underwriting guidelines. Your expertise will help streamline the closing process, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold the integrity of each transaction. Duties:
- Responsibilities include pre-closing review
- Preparing Closing Disclosures and settlement statements
- Scheduling and conducting closings
- Issuing title policies,
- Processing recordings
- Post-closing file review.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in title insurance, processing, and closing procedures
· Title industry software experience (Qualia preferred)
· Florida Notary or ability to obtain within 90 days
· Strong verbal and written communication skills; organized and able to manage multiple files
Compensation & Benefits:
· Salary: Commensurate with experience
· Vacation: 1 week paid vacation in the first year (earned 1 day per month); 2 weeks paid vacation after year three (earned 1 day per month)
· SIMPLE IRA match (eligible after 3 months)
· In-office schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
