Compensation - $180-225k base + bonus, equity
KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing organization seeking a Director of FP&A to help build and scale its Accounting & Finance function.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys creating structure, partnering with executive leadership, and building financial processes from the ground up. You'll play a key role in developing the financial infrastructure needed to support a high-growth business.
- Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business decision-making
- Develop reporting and analytics around revenue, operating expenses, capital expenditures, and cash flow
- Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights that support business growth and operational performance
- Support project-based accounting and financial reporting for capital investments and strategic initiatives
- Assist with fundraising efforts by preparing financial models, reporting packages, and diligence materials
- Drive process improvements and help establish scalable FP&A best practices as the organization continues to grow
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive Accounting and/or FP&A experience
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Manufacturing, industrial, or project-based business experience is a plus
