Salary Range: $220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Career Growth Opportunities
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in the state of Maryland.
Five or more years of experience in insurance underwriting or agency management.
Deep understanding of commercial insurance products and risk assessment.
Strong command of agency management systems and digital rating tools.
Demonstrated history of building and maintaining productive carrier relationships.
Professional certification such as CIC or CPCU is a plus.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our insurance programs with a focus on quality and growth.
Build and cultivate partnerships with local independent agencies to expand our reach within the region.
Review complex insurance applications and make sound decisions that align with our underwriting guidelines.
Provide hands-on support and training to our staff to ensure everyone feels confident and capable in their roles.
Analyze market trends and loss ratios to refine our product offerings and maintain long-term sustainability.
Serve as a primary point of contact for our carrier partners, ensuring clear communication and mutual success.
