American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position at a hospital in Morristown, NJ, requiring an active NJ RN license and current ACLS and BLS certifications.

Day shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, 36 hours per week

Floating to a nearby sister hospital may be required as needed

No on-call requirements

Active NJ RN license (Standard or Compact) required

Current certifications: BLS and ACLS required

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred

Epic EMR experience required

Two professional references required for consideration

Perform thorough, systematic patient assessments and deliver individualized nursing care appropriate to the Labor & Delivery population

Maintain complete and accurate documentation of the nursing process, patient progress, and patient education in Epic

Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals including Universal Protocol and dual patient identification

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible

Travelers who have been on assignment with this health system for one cumulative calendar year must take a break of 30–60 days before returning to a new assignment
