Experienced Pool Installers / Installation Crews Needed (Fiberglass & Above-Ground)
Location: Indian River County (Sebastian / Vero Beach)
Compensation: Competitive / Based on Experience (Hourly or Project-Based)

Right Way Enclosures, Pools & Spas is expanding our pool division, and we are looking for experienced pool builders, specialized tradesmen, or established crews to partner with us.
We are specifically looking for professionals who know their way around a pool site and can independently handle the technical aspects of building and installing fiberglass and above-ground pools. If you have a background in pool construction or highly transferable skills, we want you on our sites.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR (Some but not all required):
Pool Installation Experience: Proven experience setting fiberglass pools or building above-ground pools from start to finish.
Layout & Prep: Ability to handle site layout, grading, and structural prep work.
Plumbing: Experience running, gluing, and testing PVC for pool plumbing systems.
Equipment Setup: Familiarity with pool equipment pads, setting pumps, and basic start-ups.
General Pool Construction: Any additional experience in pool electrical, bonding grids, or concrete forming is a massive plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
Location: Must be based in or able to commute reliably to Indian River County.
Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
Professionalism: We need reliable self-starters who show up on time, communicate effectively, and produce quality work without needing constant hand-holding.
