Primary Responsibilities
Childcare
- Safely pick up and transport the children from school and daycare
- Provide attentive, nurturing care while confidently balancing the needs of both an infant and a five-year-old.
- Plan and facilitate a variety of engaging activities, including imaginative play, reading, arts, crafts, games, and both indoor and outdoor play.
- Prepare children’s snacks and simple meals
- Assist with the children’s daily routines
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment

Family Assistant Responsibilities
- Complete family laundry, including washing, folding, and putting items away
- Reset the kitchen and load or unload the dishwasher
- Assist with light meal preparation
- Complete occasional grocery pickups and household errands
- Organize toys, children’s belongings, and frequently used household spaces
- Maintain general tidiness throughout the home
- Help prepare the household for the following day
Support the family in maintaining a calm and organized home environment

A professional housekeeper services the home weekly. Deep cleaning is not part of this position.

Requirements
- Minimum of three years of professional nanny experience; five or more years preferred
- Professional experience caring for infants and preschool-aged children
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
- Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to renew before starting
- Up-to-date immunizations, including any immunizations requested by the family (Negative TB Test, Covid Vaccination, Flu Vaccine, TDAP, MMR)
- Authorization to work legally in the United States
- Excellent professional references
- Ability to complete a comprehensive background and driving-record check
- Non-smoker
