About the Role
As our Playschool Class Lead, you'll guide children ages 2–4 years old through engaging, play-based learning experiences that foster curiosity, confidence, independence, and social development. You'll help create a fun, nurturing classroom where little learners can bloom every day.
What You'll Do
- Lead small group classes using a play-based curriculum
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities, crafts, sensory play, music, movement, and story time
- Encourage social, emotional, and early academic development
- Create a safe, positive, and welcoming classroom environment
- Prepare classroom materials and help keep the learning space clean and organized
- Work alongside our team to make every child feel seen, supported, and celebrated
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Passionate about early childhood education
- Patient, creative, and energetic
- Comfortable leading a group of young children
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Friendly and welcoming to both children and families
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children ages 2–4 (preschool, daycare, nannying, teaching, or similar)
- CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)
- Background in Early Childhood Education is a plus, but not required
