The Schedule
- Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
- Rotating weekends
- On-site | McElhattan, PA
What You'll Do
You'll keep our production equipment running at peak performance — troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting your team on the floor.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
- Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and lubrication
- Execute changeovers and test adjustments after completion
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Partner with teammates to share knowledge and support training
- Follow all GMP, FDA, ISO, and safety standards
What We're Looking For
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge (pneumatics, hydraulics, hand/power tools, measuring equipment)
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Preferred:
- Technical or vocational school training in mechanics
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on role. You should be comfortable with standing for a full 12-hour shift, frequent bending/kneeling/climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in an environment that may include dust exposure.
