Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks across different areas such as floors, restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common spaces in accordance with established standards.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all assigned areas are properly maintained.
- Assist with waste disposal, recycling procedures, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules promptly and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to supervisors for prompt resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail store cleaning, hotel cleaning, educational institution cleaning, hospital cleaning, restaurant cleaning, or gym cleaning is highly preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
