Role Overview
The Advanced Therapies Clinical Coordinator provides comprehensive coordination of all services and systems to provide an organized and efficient multi-disciplinary team approach for the care of patients receiving advanced therapies. The role will help to shape the development and evolution of advanced therapies, serving to enhance its overall effectiveness, productivity, and quality. This position serves as the glue for facilitating an organized and comprehensive approach to the management of patients undergoing advanced therapies across settings of care and the trajectory of illness - delivering the best possible clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and provider satisfaction in the process. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Operations.
Core Responsibilities
Experience
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in oncology, cell and gene therapy, and/or bone marrow transplant nursing or nurse coordination services. RN license in NY is preferred. Bachelor's degree required.
Compensation

The base salary for this role is expected to be between $125,000 and $160,000 with bonus opportunity tied to quality metrics/outcomes.
