Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Game Master to join our team. The Game Master will be responsible for overseeing game sessions and ensuring a fun and immersive experience for all participants. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage various aspects of gameplay, including conflict resolution and guest interactions.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and oversee game sessions, ensuring all players understand the rules and objectives.
- Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming participants and creating a friendly atmosphere.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly during game sessions.
- Manage conflicts that may arise during gameplay, ensuring a positive experience for all players.
- Engage in public speaking to explain game mechanics and narrate storylines effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area before, during, and after events.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience through innovative ideas and feedback.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Experience in conflict management to effectively resolve any issues that arise during gameplay.
- Background in theater or events management is a plus.
- Strong public speaking skills to engage participants effectively throughout the gaming experience.
- Passion for gaming and an understanding of various game mechanics will be advantageous.
