Are you an experienced real estate professional? Are you looking to enter the real estate industry for the first-time? Eric Craig Real Estate Team (ECRE Group) is looking for both new and experienced real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team.
New licensed agents that join the ECRE are consistently closing 1-2 real estate transactions a month with leads that we provide. ECRE is partnered directly with Zillow which is the largest real estate marketplace in the world. ECRE agents received Zillow leads directly from Zillow when they joined our team.
We are Best of Zillow and receive a large number of high quality leads in our marketplace. That means we represent them every time they buy or sell a property in the areas we service!
We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and open escrows. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 1-2 deals per month within 90 days time. ECRE offers continued education 5 days per week to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition.
2026 is the year you can increase your production for good. Regardless if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our fully trained licensed agents are consistently able to open 2-3 escrows a month with the leads we are able to provide.

Responsibilities:
- List and sell residential real estate.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
- Maintain your Real Estate License

Pay: $67,000 - $225,000.00 per year
