What we ask of you:
· Accurately process and verify prescriptions in accordance with state and federal laws, ethical standards, and company policies
· Provide compassionate, knowledgeable counseling to patients about prescription and over-the-counter medications
· Serve as a trusted connection between patients, healthcare providers, and your local community
· Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient and company information
· Support and contribute to pharmacy growth initiatives and community outreach efforts
· Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
· Administer immunizations and provide other health services as permitted by state law
· Coach, mentor, and support pharmacy technicians and team members in delivering excellent service
· Collaborate with store and pharmacy leadership to achieve operational goals
What you bring to the table:
· Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
· Active pharmacist license and immunization certification in good standing with the state board
· Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
· Comprehensive understanding of federal and state pharmacy regulations
· Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
· Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and community care
· Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
