We are looking for an experienced and proven Automotive Service Advisor for our Lexus of Brooklyn dealership!

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service from write-up to delivery

Recommend and sell needed services with confidence and integrity

Build long-term relationships with a loyal customer base

Maintain high CSI and uphold dealership standards
Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience as a Service Advisor

A proven track record of strong selling skills
-
A consistently high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)

Luxury brand experience (preferred, not required)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Bilingual candidates are a plus
-
A great attitude with a high-energy personality
